For Windows XP/Vista/7
Note: Putting the wrong values in Windows registry might crash your system and lead to lots of problems. It is always recommended to back up your Registry before editing it. On info how to back up your registry:

Rename Recycle Bin:
Go to Start Menu > Run type regedit hit enter. The Register Editor will open in a new window.
Press Ctrl + F, and paste 645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E or you can search by name for example: Recycle Bin
Double click on Default key on the right side and change the name to your linking. Click OK. Then Refresh Registry Editor and Close it. Refresh your desktop and you are good to go.
